ADOPTION PROCESS

     Thank you for showing interest in adopting a Kaaawa K9! We are working tirelessly to find the best homes for our adoptable dogs. Please fill out the adoption application to get the process started. The application will help us to learn more about you, your home, and your level of experience, if any, with dogs.  

     Once your application is received and reviewed, our adoption coordinator will contact you to set up a meet and greet with our dogs. If you own a pet, you will be asked to bring your pet to a meeting. Based on how the meet and greet goes, we will proceed with the next steps of adoption. Please understand that the adoption process can take a while since we are carefully selecting the best families for dogs in our care.

      Our adoption fee is $325.00. All Kaaawa K9s prior to adoption are spayed/neutered, brought up to date on vaccines, micro-chipped, dewormed, and placed on monthly heartworm, tick, and flea preventatives.
